2. Product Information
Yun Agate specializes in natural agate jewelry, handmade bracelets, necklaces, carved pieces, collectibles, and other natural-material products.
Because natural stones and organic materials are formed by nature, variations in:
- color
- pattern
- transparency
- mineral inclusions
- texture
- shape
- grain
- surface characteristics
are normal and are part of the individuality of each piece.
These natural variations should not automatically be considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate product photographs and descriptions. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual displays.
For handcrafted products, small differences may also occur as a natural result of the making process.
3. Natural Materials
Some Yun Agate products may contain materials including agate, turquoise, jade, amber, agarwood, and other natural stones or organic materials.
Natural materials may react differently to moisture, chemicals, temperature, sunlight, impact, and prolonged wear.

Normal changes resulting from natural material characteristics, improper storage, accidental damage, or inappropriate use may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
4. Symbolism, Spiritual Meaning and Informational Content
Our website may contain information about the traditional symbolism, cultural meaning, spiritual associations, folklore, mythology, or historical uses of gemstones and natural materials.
Such information is provided for cultural, educational, historical, and general informational purposes only.

The price shown at checkout at the time an order is placed will normally be the applicable purchase price, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Depending on availability and customer location, Yun Agate may accept payment through methods including:

If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

7. Shipping
Yun Agate ships orders from Fuxin, China and serves customers internationally.
All orders currently qualify for free shipping unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within approximately 2 calendar days.
We primarily use reliable international carriers such as UPS, although the exact carrier may vary depending on destination, availability, logistics requirements, and other circumstances.
Tracking information will normally be provided once an order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times include approximately:
- United States: 2–3 days after dispatch
- Europe: generally within 5 days after dispatch
- United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: generally within 1 week after dispatch
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in delays.

8. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We currently do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping or reshipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an address error after placing your order.
9. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Where stated in our Shipping Policy, Yun Agate covers applicable customs duties associated with the shipment.
However, local sales taxes, consumption taxes, use taxes, or similar charges imposed by a customer’s jurisdiction may remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Tax treatment varies by country, state, and region.
10. Lost or Missing Packages
If a shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, Yun Agate will provide a full refund for the affected order.
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so that we can assist with an investigation.
Customers may be asked to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation process.
11. Returns, Exchanges and Resizing
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Returned jewelry and its packaging must be kept in appropriate condition and should not show:
- damage
- obvious wear
- prolonged-use marks
- misuse
Eligible return shipping costs are covered by Yun Agate in accordance with our return policy.
Size exchanges may be available after the returned product has been received and inspected.

12. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please provide your order information and, where possible, photographs or other information that helps us evaluate the issue.
Natural variations in stone color, pattern, mineral structure, inclusions, and texture are not necessarily defects.
13. Warranty and Repairs
Eligible Yun Agate products are covered by our one-year repair warranty in accordance with the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Warranty coverage is intended for eligible craftsmanship or product-related issues and does not necessarily cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized modification, loss, or normal wear.
14. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, Yun Agate generally processes the refund within 2 business days.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card provider, PayPal, or other payment processor.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
15. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices, availability, shipping information, photographs, and website content accurate.
However, occasional typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect prices, outdated information, or other inaccuracies may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where necessary.
