Is Yun Agate jewelry handmade?

Yes. Yun Agate jewelry is handcrafted in Fuxin, China. We begin making each piece after an order is placed, allowing our artisans to carefully select, assemble, finish, and adjust the jewelry according to the design and the customer’s requested size.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Agate is the primary material used in Yun Agate jewelry. Depending on the design, we may also incorporate turquoise, agarwood, jade, amber, crystal, and other natural materials as complementary elements.

Because natural stones vary in color, texture, translucency, and pattern, every piece may have subtle differences.

Is your agate natural?

Our jewelry is centered around natural agate and other natural stone materials. Natural variations such as color differences, banding, inclusions, and irregular patterns are part of the character of the stone and make each piece unique.

Why is Yun Agate inspired by Chinese mythology?

Even when two pieces share the same design, the natural stone itself may make each bracelet, necklace, pendant, or carved piece visually unique.

Measurement

How do I measure my wrist for a Yun Agate bracelet?

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet. Keep the tape close to the skin without pulling it too tightly.

If you do not have a measuring tape, wrap a piece of string around your wrist and then measure the string with a ruler.

Please provide your actual wrist measurement when placing your order.

Are Yun Agate bracelets made to size?

Yes. Our bracelets are made according to the wrist measurement provided by the customer rather than relying only on standard S, M, or L sizing.

Once you provide your wrist size, we adjust the bracelet accordingly during the handcrafting process.

Should I add extra centimeters to my wrist measurement?

No need to calculate the final bracelet size yourself. Please provide your actual wrist measurement, and we will make the bracelet according to that measurement and the structure of the design.

This helps us create a more appropriate and comfortable fit.

What should I do if I am unsure about my bracelet size?

Measure your wrist carefully before placing the order and provide the measurement with your purchase.

If you are still unsure, contact Yun Agate before ordering and we can help you confirm how the measurement should be taken.

Can I customize the design of my jewelry?

We currently customize the size of applicable pieces, particularly bracelets, according to the customer’s measurement.

The original design, stone combination, and overall style are not individually customized unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Our jewelry is designed and handcrafted in Fuxin, and we also have a physical store in the city.

Where does Yun Agate source its agate?

Our materials come from several regions depending on the type of agate and the requirements of each design.

Much of our moss agate is sourced from Fuxin, while other agates and natural materials may come from locations including Brazil, Malaysia, Yunnan, and other regions.

Why is Fuxin important to Yun Agate?

Fuxin is both the home of Yun Agate and an important center of agate culture and craftsmanship in China.

Return / Repair / Exchange

What is Yun Agate’s return policy?

Yun Agate accepts eligible returns within 30 days.

If you are returning an item because it does not fit or you have simply changed your mind, the jewelry must be returned without damage, obvious wear, or signs of prolonged use. The original packaging should also be returned in good condition.

Is return shipping free?

Yes. Yun Agate covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

If the return is related to a product defect, damage, or other quality issue, we also cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Can I exchange my bracelet for another size?

Yes.

Once we receive the returned bracelet, we will first inspect the jewelry and packaging. If the item is undamaged, has no significant signs of wear, and is returned in appropriate condition, we can arrange a size exchange.

Because our bracelets are made according to the wrist measurement provided by the customer, please measure your wrist carefully before ordering.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a quality problem, please contact Yun Agate within one week of receiving the order.

Include your order information and clear photographs of the jewelry and packaging so that we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.

Does Yun Agate offer jewelry repairs?

Yes. Yun Agate provides free repair service under our one-year warranty.

If your jewelry requires repair, contact us with your order information and photographs of the piece so we can assess the issue and provide return instructions.

Yun Agate provides a one-year warranty with free repair service for our jewelry.

The appropriate repair method depends on the design, materials, and condition of the piece.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, Yun Agate normally processes the refund within two business days.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Customers in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations can order directly through our online store.

There is no additional standard international shipping charge for eligible destinations.

We primarily use UPS for international shipping.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your Yun Agate order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of your package.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Yun Agate covers applicable customs duties associated with the shipment.

However, customers remain responsible for any local sales tax, consumption tax, VAT, or similar taxes that may be separately required by their local jurisdiction.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
