We want every Yun Agate piece to feel right from the moment you receive it. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, does not fit properly, or needs repair, our team is here to help with returns, exchanges, resizing, and after-sales support.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Yun Agate jewelry, or if the fit is not right, you may request a return within the 30-day return period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, show no significant signs of wear, damage, alteration, or prolonged use, and include the original packaging and accessories supplied with the order.

Each returned item will be inspected after it arrives at Yun Agate. Once the return has been approved, we will issue a full refund for the eligible returned item.

Free Return Shipping

Yun Agate provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

Please contact us before sending your item back. Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping information.

Please do not send a return independently before contacting us, as this may delay identification and processing of your return.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible Yun Agate jewelry.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the jewelry and its original packaging. The item must be unworn or only lightly tried on, undamaged, and returned in suitable condition.

After the return has been approved, we will arrange the replacement item with you.

Because many Yun Agate bracelets are made according to the customer’s wrist measurement, we strongly recommend carefully measuring your wrist before placing an order.

Resizing

Most Yun Agate bracelets are handcrafted according to the wrist measurement provided when the order is placed.

If your bracelet does not fit as expected, please contact us and provide your order information and current wrist measurement. Our team will review the bracelet and determine the most appropriate resizing solution.

Because natural stone beads vary in size, shape, color, and pattern, slight differences may occur when a bracelet is resized.

To avoid unnecessary resizing, please carefully measure your wrist before ordering and enter your wrist measurement accurately during checkout.

One-Year Repair Service

Yun Agate provides a one-year complimentary repair service for our jewelry.

If your jewelry requires repair within one year of purchase, please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the jewelry.

Our team will review the condition of the piece and provide repair instructions.

Because every piece is handcrafted and many natural gemstones have unique patterns, shapes, and colors, replacement components may not always be visually identical to the original material. We will make every reasonable effort to preserve the original appearance and character of your jewelry.

Repair times may vary depending on the condition of the piece and the work required.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

If we confirm that the problem resulted from the product, craftsmanship, or fulfillment process, Yun Agate will cover the associated return or replacement shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

While Yun Agate will process approved refunds promptly, your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Any additional processing time or currency conversion differences imposed by banks or third-party payment providers are outside Yun Agate’s control.

Natural Stone Variations

Yun Agate jewelry is made primarily from natural agate and other natural materials.

Variations in color, banding, inclusions, translucency, texture, shape, and pattern are natural characteristics of gemstones and are part of what makes each piece unique.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Although we make every effort to present product colors and details accurately, the appearance of natural stones may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and display settings.

Made-to-Measure Bracelets

Many Yun Agate bracelets are made to fit the wrist measurement submitted with the order.

Custom sizing refers to the bracelet size only and does not mean that the overall jewelry design has been individually customized unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please carefully measure your wrist before placing your order.

How to Request a Return, Exchange or Repair

To request assistance, please follow these steps:

Send us your order number and briefly explain whether you are requesting a return, exchange, resizing, or repair.

Provide photographs if necessary
For damaged items, repairs, or product-related issues, please include clear photographs.

Wait for return instructions
Please do not send the jewelry back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return the item
Pack the jewelry securely together with its original packaging where required.

Inspection
After receiving the item, our team will inspect its condition.

Resolution
We will then arrange the approved refund, exchange, resizing, repair, or replacement.
