Find Your Perfect Bracelet Fit
A well-fitting bracelet should feel comfortable, secure, and natural on your wrist. Before choosing your size, take a moment to measure your actual wrist circumference. This helps us provide the best possible fit for your Yun Agate bracelet.
Step 1: Measure Your Wrist
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet.
Keep the tape close to your skin without pulling it too tightly. The measurement should feel snug, but comfortable.
Record the number where the tape meets. This is your actual wrist circumference.
Do not add extra length to your measurement unless the product page specifically asks you to do so. We recommend starting with your true wrist size so the correct fit can be determined.
No Measuring Tape?
No problem.
Use a piece of string, ribbon, or a thin strip of paper and wrap it around your wrist.
Mark the point where the ends meet, then lay it flat against a ruler to find your wrist circumference.
For the most accurate result, measure twice before selecting your size.
Choosing Your Preferred Fit
Everyone wears bracelets differently. Some people prefer a closer fit, while others enjoy a little more movement.
Snug Fit
Sits close to the wrist with minimal movement.
Comfortable Fit
Provides a natural everyday fit with a small amount of movement.
Loose Fit
Offers more room and moves more freely around the wrist.
If a bracelet offers multiple sizing options, choose the size that best matches both your wrist measurement and preferred fit.
Wrist Size and Bracelet Length Are Not Always the Same
This point is especially important for natural stone and agate bead bracelets.
The circumference of your wrist is not necessarily the same as the total physical length of the bracelet.
Larger gemstone beads occupy more space on the inside of a bracelet than smaller beads. Because of this, two bracelets designed for the same wrist size may have slightly different overall lengths.
For example, a bracelet made with larger agate beads may need to be longer than one made with smaller beads while still fitting the same wrist comfortably.
This is why we recommend measuring your wrist rather than an existing bracelet whenever possible.
Measuring for a Gift
Buying a bracelet as a gift can be more difficult when you cannot measure the recipient’s wrist directly.
If possible, measure a bracelet they already wear comfortably. You can also estimate their wrist size based on their general build and choose a slightly more flexible fit when available.
If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact Yun Agate before placing your order. We will be happy to help you select the most suitable option.
A Note About Natural Agate Bracelets
Natural agate beads are formed by nature, and slight variations in bead size, shape, and arrangement can occur from one bracelet to another.
These natural differences are part of what makes every Yun Agate piece unique. They may also cause small variations in the final bracelet measurement, even when two bracelets are designed for the same wrist size.
Our goal is always to provide a bracelet that feels comfortable while preserving the natural character and design of the stones.
